A Place Where Normal Still Exists

As the planning of the season is underway, we look back at what's been done, contemplate the present circumstances and do a fair amount of imagining what the year is going to bring.

One thing is certain, the horses never change. They are the feeling of normal regardless of the changing world. The horses stay constant in honesty, hope and healing. Therefore, our bright light will continue to shine in 2022 with many different services that will help those young and old to navigate this "new normal".

Rita, a Norwegian Fjord, moved into our herd over the winter, her gentle soul reflects the comfort she will bring as she becomes a beautiful addition to the mobile unit team. We hesitated taking her because of the circumstances we face and as usual God has a way of confirming our steps of obedience. Rita has already helped 7 wonderful folks in their daily struggles, helping to comfort and settle the anxiousness of real life so they are able to identify practical steps to take. As we roll in to Spring, we encourage you to stay up to date on all of our updates and changes in the new year:

  • Check out our updated website

  • Book EAD for a speaking engagement

  • We're now booking mobile unit visits

  • Stay tuned for upcoming events in 2022

  • We will be open in March rain or shine

  • A calendar of activities will be shared soon

Encourage folks you know to reach out for help when needed. As always, you're welcome to give financially to help us with program security. We're currently asking for donations towards 2022 horse care. We cannot do this alone. You can make a difference in our local community.
